3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your p646 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. All activity conducted through your p646 account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been made by you, regardless of whether you personally authorized the specific action.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request closure of your p646 account at any time by contacting the p646 support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before closure, any outstanding wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be satisfied, or the bonus funds will be forfeited. • Creating, accessing, or using more than one p646 account.
• Using automated bots, scripts, AI-assisted betting systems, or any software that interacts with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other users on any game, including but not limited to poker, live casino, or sports betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, pricing errors, or display glitches for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, result manipulation, or insider betting in sports or sabong markets.
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds that are derived from unlawful activities.
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or unauthorized payment disputes relating to p646 deposits.
• Impersonating another user or any employee or representative of p646.
• Reverse-engineering, scraping, or otherwise extracting data from the Platform without written authorization from p646.

All content available on the p646 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the proprietary property of p646 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of p646.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, p646 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of anticipated winnings, profits, or revenue due to game malfunction, technical error, or Platform downtime.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any act or omission of a third-party game provider whose titles are made available on the Platform.
• Interruptions in service due to maintenance, upgrades, natural disasters, or events beyond p646's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit p646's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

Your personal information — including your name, date of birth, contact details, and financial transaction records — may be shared with PAGCOR, law enforcement agencies, and anti-money laundering authorities as required by applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR-regulated compliance obligations.

p646's liability under any dispute shall not exceed the total real-money wallet balance held in the affected user's account at the time the dispute arose.

p646 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments will take effect upon publication of the revised Terms on the Platform at p646.club/terms-conditions. Where p646 determines that a material change has been made, it will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or an in-platform notification prior to the effective date of the change.

Your continued use of the p646 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.3 of these Terms.
